2. Data stored on your device

The App does not offer accounts and does not send your creations or settings to servers operated by Kyoto Entertainment Works.

Fireworks shells, launch sequences, fireworks shows, app settings, purchase entitlement status, and rewarded-ad unlock status are stored in the App's local storage on your device to provide the App's features.

Names and content that you create may be included in this local data.

3. Recording, saving, and sharing

When you use the recording feature, the App can save a video of the fireworks on screen and the App's built-in audio to your device.

The App does not use your camera or microphone.

On Android, the App may request audio-recording permission to capture the App's own playback audio as part of a screen recording. It does not record microphone audio.

Saving to your photo library or gallery and sharing through the operating system's share sheet occur only when you explicitly choose those actions.

We do not receive the saved video or the destination you choose for sharing.

4. Purchases

Purchases and restoration of the Pro unlock are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

We do not receive payment-card numbers or other payment details.

The App stores the resulting entitlement state locally on your device.

5. Rewarded ads and Google Mobile Ads SDK

The App shows a rewarded ad only when you choose to receive a reward.

It does not show forced ads.

We use the Google Mobile Ads SDK to serve rewarded ads.

The App requests non-personalized ads. Even so, the SDK and Google may collect or share IP address, device or advertising identifiers, in-app interaction information, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, frequency management, reporting, and fraud prevention.

An IP address may be used to estimate a general area.

Google's policies also govern its handling of this data.

In the EEA, the United Kingdom, and other regions where it is required, the App presents a Google-certified consent management screen before requesting ads. You can revisit choices when required from Settings > Ad Privacy Choices.

6. Device backups

If Android Auto Backup, device-to-device transfer, or iOS device backup is enabled, locally stored App data may be included in backup services provided by Google or Apple.

Whether backups are enabled, how long they are retained, and how they are deleted are controlled by your device and platform settings.

We cannot view or administer the contents of those backups.

7. Sharing and international processing

We do not transmit your locally stored creations or settings to servers operated by Kyoto Entertainment Works.

Data needed for ads may be transmitted to Google and parties involved in Google's ad delivery.

Apple or Google processes purchase information.

If you choose to use a sharing feature, the destination you choose handles the shared content under its own policies.

Google, Apple, and sharing destinations may process data outside your country of residence.

8. Retention and deletion

Your shells, sequences, shows, settings, and unlock status remain on your device until you select Settings > Delete All Data in the App.

Uninstalling the App may not remove data included in device backups. Such data remains subject to your platform settings.

Because the App does not create accounts, there is no App account-deletion process.

Google and Apple retain ad or purchase data according to their respective policies and retention periods.

9. Security

We do not operate a server that stores App user data.

Communications with the advertising SDK and store providers use the encrypted connections supplied by those providers.

Protection of data stored on a device also depends on the device lock, operating-system security, and backup settings that you choose.

10. Contact and privacy requests

For questions about this Policy, the App's data handling, or requests regarding personal data held by Kyoto Entertainment Works, use the Kyoto Entertainment Works contact form.

We may ask for information needed to verify a request, as permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when App features, advertising SDKs, laws, or store requirements change.

For material changes, we will provide notice in the App or on the official website.
